Abstract:
Aspiration of an overseas body could be a dangerous emergency that is seen completely in childhood. Some cases square measure detected in adulthood with terribly variable symptoms consistent with localization of the fabric. The history is extremely vital in identification because the foreign bodies within the tracheobronchial tree might mimick several pathologic conditions. Wrong identification might result in inappropriate interventions or irrational treatment. This report presents a patient with aspirated foreign body in main bronchial tube WHO had been followed and treated for tough respiratory disease.
