Abstract:
An omphalolith could be a laborious, smooth, calculus of various sizes and shapes found within the point. It typically happens during a deeply backward point. AN point stone results in secondary infection and symptom formation. they’ll seldom gift with secondary complications like rubor. The treatment is non-invasive evacuation of the concretion by moistened cleansing of the point, if the patient presents at AN infective section while not symptom formation. If patient presents with AN symptom formation, incision and drain with evacuation of stone is that the treatment of selection. Here’s a case of point stone that conferred as AN point symptom is reported to make awareness regarding this rare entity.
