Abstract:
Amoebic liver symptom is that the most typical extra-intestinal manifestation of invasive amebiosis. Rupture into cavum and abdomen is acknowledge complication of ameban liver symptom however ameban liver symptom rupturing into paries and pursuit upto inguinoscrotal region through paries could be a terribly rare presentation. we tend to report a novel and fascinating case of damaged ameban liver symptom into layers of paries and presenting as acute abdomen with tender inguinoscrotal swelling. Definite surgical management was needed during this case to that patient responded well. The case is being conferred for its rare presentation and management peculiarity.
